Standard Warranty- Two (2) years parts, one (1) year labor
Plus three (3) year extension on compressor, evaporator coil, and condenser coil (parts only).
Platinum 1: For CS025, D025, DS025, TTW009 & TTW018
Platinum 2: For CS050, D050, DS050, D088 & DS088
Platinum 3: For D200 & DS200
Wine Guardian warrants, to the original buyer, its goods and all parts thereof to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of original invoicing assuming NORMAL USE AND SERVICE.
In addition, Wine Guardian warrants, to the original buyer, the compressor, condenser coil and evaporator coil for a period of (5) years from the date of original invoicing assuming NORMAL USE AND SERVICE.
Effective date for any extended warranty is the original invoice date for the Wine Guardian unit, not the purchase date of the extended warranty.

For all orders exceeding a value of 100USD shipping is offered for free.
Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.
